Preparation Steps

- In small bowl or measuring cup, combine mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons fresh grapefruit juice (from just a segment or two), sugar, 1 tsp grapefruit zest, salt, and pepper; whisk to blend.

- In large bowl, combine cabbage, grapefruit sections from what is left of the grapefruit, and onion; dressing and toss to coat.

Garnish with parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
